Transformation - Fitness

As I said in my first post, I'm working on several transformational ideas. One of those is to be healthier. A couple of weeks ago, I covered stress, so now I'll cover exercise.

Men's Health magazine has several tips on their Transform Yourself pages, some of which are:
  • Keep Track - keep a journal or log of your day and you'll see that your day will probably go better on those days that you've exercised.
  • Short and Hard - cap your sessions at 30 minutes and work your whole body. You'll see a pretty fast increase in muscle mass. And increased muscle mass means that your body will burn fat better.
  • KISS - keep your workouts simple. You don't need to target heart rates or anything, just challenge your body more each session.
